BreakThrough isn’t just a consultancy, it’s also a creative production company, that was built out of necessity, experience, and a deep belief that the way we make visuals matters just as much as the music.
After spending over six years working across music, film, and visual production, I saw too many sets where artists felt unheard, rushed, or unsafe, or simply paid a fortune - especially women and queer creatives. BreakThrough production exists to offer something different: collaborative, artist-first visual production, led by an all-female and queer team.

I like working closely with artists from the very beginning, whether that’s shaping a concept from a voice note, building a visual world around a song, or figuring out how to stretch a small budget without compromising the heart of the idea.
I know how personal music is. I know how vulnerable it can feel to put yourself on camera. That’s why every project is approached with care, honesty, and clear communication - no egos, no intimidation, no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Who we are
The Team
Every project is led by Lea herself and crewed with an all-female or queer team, chosen intentionally to create safer, more collaborative sets. I am passionate about building environments where creativity can actually breathe, and you can feel safe and seen. Our team is made up of the best filmmakers, stylists, lighting designers, photographers, and creatives who care deeply about the work and about each other. I have worked with each member of the team before, and they know each other, which insures the best possible teamwork and atmosphere on set as well as the best outcome of your project.
Budgets
I work with any budget - truly.
As an independent artist myself, I know that funding projects from savings, grants, and side jobs is hard. I know what it’s like to want something beautiful without the resources of a label behind you.
Budgets are discussed openly, without judgement. Together, we’ll figure out what’s possible and make it work in a way that feels aligned with your vision and helps you shine.
